• You will receive an offboarding packet with a summary of all completed work, best practices for future design use, and a list of recommended next steps for ongoing brand success.

• Final deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon file formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, Canva links)

• Feedback Survey: You'll receive a survey for feedback on the process, deliverables, and your overall experience.

• 3-Month Follow-Up: You'll receive a friendly 3-month follow up email offering to address any ongoing design questions or further support.
